The incident analysis reveals five critical human errors made before and during the dive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Unverified Medication: Consuming unregulated, local motion-sickness pills at the pier without checking the active chemical compounds or looking into potential hyperbaric interactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
